In the new photos, Curry and Heyward are decked out in their new superhero gear. Heyward’s Sister Sage wears a brownish and gold-coloured uniform, accompanied by some very stylish sunglasses and tall platform boots. Meanwhile, Curry sports a more traditional superhero look, one that is slightly more revealing and stylized with a blue and red color scheme, and she appears to be armed with a holstered gun. According to Variety, both suits were designed by The Boys costume designer Laura Jean Shannon, who also created the Soldier Boy costume worn by actor Jensen Ackles in season 3.
